Morning Study 1

This piece emerged intuitively, without predetermined intention, and I don't believe it carries a single fixed interpretation. What you see, what you feel when you stand before it - that response is entirely yours and just as valid as my own. The enduring dialogue, I believe, happens between the painting and whoever ultimately lives with it.
